FIVE Cheese Sirloin Burger Recipe

 
Ingredients:
Ground Sirloin Hamburger 2 Pounds (Form into Patties)
Parmesan Cheese
Deli Sliced Colby jack Cheese
Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbled
Deli Sliced Sharp Chedder Cheese
Deli Sliced Provolone Cheese
Kieser Rolls 8
 
Options: Bacon, Mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, lettuce, Tomato
 
Directions:
Form Sirloin Hamburger into Patties Quarter Pound Each (Makes 8)
Cook on Low heat on gas grill until cooked all the way through or slightly pink in the middle then top with parmesan Cheese toward the end
Slice the kieser rolls in half and butter the inside, toast on grill till slightly crisp
Add cooked patty to kieser roll and top with other cheeses while burger patty still hot.
Add Options if you like.

Wow, who could resist the awesome burger with all the cheeses included!
...as for me, I can seriously only have 'one bite' (didn't say how big of a bite...lol)

Supermarket Style Loft Cookies

One of my favorite cut out cookies and those soft loft cookies you find in almost every supermarket decorated for whatever holiday theme is going on. You can make Christmas, Halloween, Valentines, anything you want. These are just a great dough so versatile to work with.
