Grilled Ham Slices with Honey Pineapple

Grilled Ham is one of my favorites, sweet, tender and love that grilled smokey taste!

1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 teaspoon
1 clove garlic, minced

4 large cooked ham slices cut in half.

In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, red wine, pineapple, and garlic. Place the ham in the marinade, turn to coat it, marinade up to 4 hours, or cover and refrigerate overnight. Turn the ham in the marinade at least six times.
On a hot preheated grill, cook ham slices until grill marks are on both sides dark and ham looks like its glazed.

Wow, I would love to put these yummy 'babies' on a nice crusty bread, heat up some baked beans...and have myself a 'feast!' Love it, and love the Jack Daniels barbecue sauce you created, on the previous post:):D
My mom used to put pineapple slices on her ham...this sounds fantastic!

Supermarket Style Loft Cookies

One of my favorite cut out cookies and those soft loft cookies you find in almost every supermarket decorated for whatever holiday theme is going on. You can make Christmas, Halloween, Valentines, anything you want. These are just a great dough so versatile to work with. Kids love these cookies and often eat all the frosting off before the cookie, you may know someone just like that! The frosting is buttery and delicious along with the cookies. If you love loft cookies try my soft peanut butter molasses cookies also they are so good! This is a simple recipe that will be your new favorite cookie all year long.
