Homemade Hamburger Helper Recipe

Fresh pureed plum tomatoes, garlic, bell peppers, spices and ground sirloin A perfect start to pour over rice or pasta! Here's what you need: 1 lb plum tomatoes or any fresh tomatoes pureed or 2 cups jar sauce any kind 3 bell peppers chopped 4 cloves minced garlic olive oil 1 tablespooon Worcestershire sauce 1 package taco seasoning 1 lb ground sirloin or ground turkey 1 lb pasta any kind or 2 cups cooked rice to package directions In a large sauce pan meat until pink is gone with the peppers in 3 tablespoons olive oil. Add the garlic saute 1 minute. Add the sauce, tomatoes and spices. Cook 30 minutes on low.  Pour over cooked pasta or rice.

Leftover Mashed Potato Appetizer Recipe

One of my favorite appetizers if there is any leftover mashed potatoes left! These with some garlic powder and shredded cheddar cheese make the best little treat even for the kids!  Try baking them for a healthier version~  Happy Thanksgiving from Curt @Curt's Delectable Blog! 2 cups mashed potatoes seasoned with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 teaspoon parsley flakes 1/4 cup egg white beaten with 2 tablespoons water 1 egg Panko or Italian flavored bread crumbs 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded parsley flakes In a bowl mix the mashed potatoes that were seasoned with 1 egg and shredded sharp cheddar. Using a scooper make balls and place on a cookie sheet, freeze for around an hour. Remove from freezer, dip in beaten egg whites then roll into bread crumbs. Crescent Roll Pepperoni Margarita Pizza Recipe

A quick pizza that can be turned in to whatever you want just add your  favorite toppings!   1 package crescent rolls 1 cup marinara sauce store bought 2 or 3 plum tomatoes sliced sliced pepperoni shredded mozzarella olive oil 1 teaspoon each garlic powder, oregano, basil, grating cheese   Spread the dough onto a brownie size pan. Cook ten minutes in a hot preheated oven of 400 degrees.  Take out add the sliced tomatoes drizzled with olive oil. Put some marinara sauce on top sparcely. Sprinkle with grating cheese and spices to taste. Add the shredded mozzarella. Bake until cheese is browned and bubbly.

How To Fry A Turkey Safely

1 turkey (fresh preferable), 12-15 lbs, thawed blotted dry (frozen not recommended) Marinade: 3 gallons peanut oil 3 cloves minced garlic 4 tablespoons of olive oil 1 stick butter 4 teaspoons soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper 1 large outdoor turkey fryer Basket and hook included with fryer 1 turkey injector to inject marinade In a food processor place 3 minced cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon peanut oil or sesame oil, olive oil, butter, soy sauce and paprika. When butter has melted. This mixture is used to inject the turkey before frying.  Two ounces per pound of turkey. Crock Pot Chili Amazing Experimental Recipe

I must say this, I love you Mom but this is the BEST Chili I have ever eaten.       1 Pound of beef 1 Package Italian Sausage Chopped 3 Large Chicken Breast Chopped 1/2 Package Black Beans (7 OZs) 1/2 Package Red Kidney Beans (7OZs) 1 Green Bell Pepper Sliced 1 Tablespoon Garlic 1 package Fresh Mushrooms cleaned/chopped 1 Package of Taco/Chili Seasoning 1 Teaspoon Adobo Seasoning 2 28 Ounce Cans of whole plum tomatoes Shredded Mexican Blended Cheese or Chedder Parmesan Cheese   Directions: Overnight in a Crock Pot, fill crock pot with water 3/4 of the way to the top and add beans. Cook on High overnight in crock pot then strain beans and set aside. Roughly 8 hours will be enough.   Cook Meats seperately in a skillet or Wok.  Brown Beef till fully cooked and strain. Cook chicken until fully cooked and add 1 Teapoon of adobo seasoning. Add raw sausage, cooked beef, cooked chicken, sliced green pepper, ...

Lemon Pepper Pork Loin Recipe

 Lemon Pepper Pork Loin and easy marinade and produces a delicious tender pork loin!  1 3lb pork boneless tenderloin 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 fresh lemon squeezed and seeded 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind 1 teaspoon each oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried parsley Place pork loin in a large ziplock bag with lemon, herbs and olive oil. Marinade for 3 hours minimum or overnight. Put the tenderloin in a roasting pan with marinade and bake at 350 degrees until browned and a little crusty around 1 hour or so.  Let rest 5 minutes then slice.

Baked Meatloaf Recipe

1 1/2 pound ground sirloin or chuck beef (Ground Turkey used below) 1/2  cup fresh bread crumbs or store bought 1 egg 1 onion minced 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and cayenne 2 8 ounce cans  tomato sauce or use ketsup 1/2 cup water 3 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoon mustard 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce Bell pepper slices Mix together beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt, peppers and 1 can of sauce. Form into a greased loaf pan. In a small bowl add tomato sauce and rest of the ingredients except for the bell pepper.  Pour over the loaf, top with bell pepper slices. Bake at 350 for one hour or till crispy on top. Absolutely Delicious! ENJOY!

Italian Style Home Fries Recipe

Great with eggs in the morning or side dish for any meal! 1 thinly sliced zucchini 1 red and 1 green thinly sliced pepper olive oil 4 potatoes thinly sliced par boiled or microwaved until softened not cooked all the way 3 cloves minced garlic in olive oil salt, pepper to taste cayenne pepper optional hot sauce optional In a large fry pan heat 1/4 cup oil saute garlic and peppers for one minute. Add the zucchini to coat with flavors. Add the potatoes and cover for around 1/2 hour to soften the potatoes stirring every 5 mnutes.  Continuing cooking on medium high heat until the potatoes are browned.  Can also be done on a flat grill if you have one.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
