Lemon Pepper Pork Loin Recipe


Lemon Pepper Pork Loin and easy marinade and produces a delicious tender pork loin!
 1 3lb pork boneless tenderloin
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 fresh lemon squeezed and seeded
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon each oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried parsley

Place pork loin in a large ziplock bag with lemon, herbs and olive oil. Marinade for 3 hours minimum or overnight. Put the tenderloin in a roasting pan with marinade and bake at 350 degrees until browned and a little crusty around 1 hour or so.  Let rest 5 minutes then slice.
