These are one of my favorite ways to make baked potatoes. Loaded! |
3 tablespoonsWhipped Cream Cheese
3 tablespoons Sour Cream
6 Yukon Gold Potatoes
Real Bacon fried and crushed around 6 slices
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Whole Milk
Garlic Powder
Salt, Pepper to taste
Microwave whole potatoes until soft. Cool. Slice in half. Scoop out the potatoes with a spoon into a bowl.
Add all the ingredients except bacon and only 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese. Mix leaving lumps.
Fill each half with the mixture. Top each one with the rest of the cheese and sprinkle with bacon. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degree hot oven until the cheese is melted and the bacon is crispy and sizzlin!
