Margarita Bella Vita Pizza Recipe

I always have to be different and inventive. I love my San Marzano tomatoes and with these freshly sliced plum tomatoes and crisp crust pizza this was a slice of the good life for me! Enjoy! You will need: Fresh basil Slices of plum tomatoes Slices of Eggplant baked around 30 minutes on a cookie sheet red pepper flakes Whole Milk mozzarella slices Homemade Mom's Pizza dough  or Store bought pizza crust 2 pounds San Marzano  Pizza sauce my homemade recipe click here olive oil oregano 3 cloves minced garlic optional fennel seeds grating cheese Stretch the dough out on a cookie sheet that has been slathered with olive oil and floured fingers, it will hold in place better. Sliced Thin and Pounded Chicken Cutlets or Breasts 1/4 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs Fresh Whole Milk Mozzarella Premium Extra Virgin First Cold Pressed Olive Oil 1/4 Pound Premium Cappicola 1 Package Of Premium Apple wood Smoked Bacon (Crispy Cooked prior to putting inside chicken) 1/3 Cup Of Rhine Table Wine 2 Tbsps.
