One-Pot Chocolate Cookie Bar



This recipe is perfect for anyone who needs a chocolate fix but doesn't want to spend a lot of time baking.

It is so simple and comes out delicious.

It is so easy to make and is so moist and light.






Ingredients


2/3 C of Butter

1 1/2 cups white sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup cocoa

1 1/3 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup sour cream


Preparation

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well until completely combined.

Pour batter into a buttered and heavily greased 13x9 pan.

Top with chopped candy bars of choice or leave plain.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Cool completely and add powdered sugar to the top.

Topping:
Chopped candy bars suggestions, milky way, snickers, Reese cups, chocolate chips, junior mints, kit kat.
