Crispy Peanut Butter Nutella Balls

Crispy Peanut Butter Nutella Balls

Dessert. One of the best parts of finishing a meal is knowing you are going to get dessert.

Some of us would rather skip our meal and go right into having dessert first.

I am sharing with you a dessert I know you will love and it is perfect for sharing with anyone.

These are also good to make for any holiday because you can dress them up any way you like.

This recipe is made with a sugar substitute making these Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls healthy.

Ingredients You Will Need

1 Cup of Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup of Hazelnut Spread or Nutella
2 Cups of Stevia
1 Tsp of Vanilla
1/2 Cup of Butter, softened
1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 Cups of Crispy Rice Cereal
2 Cups of Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup of White Chocolate Chips

Quick and Easy Dough

The great thing about this recipe is that the dough is very easy to make and takes no time at all.

This dough is easy to work with and doesn't require you to use a mixer or kitchen aide.

You can easily mix this dough up by hand with a wooden spoon.

I just use a mixer because it helps make things faster.

The crispy texture is so delightful in this recipe.

Let Your Hands Do The Work

To make this recipe, it does require you to use your hands.

I always loved that as a child, making recipes that required me to use my hands.

It is the same concept as making a meatball.

Just put a little bit in your hands and roll it into a ball. Easy!

They do not need to be perfect either.

Easy To Mold Any Way

This recipe is easy to mold any way you want.

It is perfect for sharing with others or bringing to a party or potluck.

You can make them any size you want.

Big for just you and the family, or small for sharing with a group.

Cool And Dip

Before you begin dipping these babies into your melted chocolate there is one thing you can do to make this step a little easier.

Stick your bowl of freshly made dough in the fridge for 20 minutes.

This will make these so much easier to mold.

This step will also keep the dough from sticking to your hands in the rolling process and also help the chocolate cover the balls better.

Pick Your Chocolate

This recipe is perfect for any Holiday or Occasion.

If you are making this for Christmas, try using white chocolate tinted red, and green sprinkles.

For Easter, use pink tinted chocolate and drizzle cover white sprinkles.

For the Fourth of July, use red tinted chocolate and drizzle with blue and white chocolate.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Servings: 1 dozen

Ingredients

1 C of Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup of Hazelnut spread or Nutella
2 Cups of Stevia
1 Tsp of Vanilla
1/2 Cup of Butter, softened
1 C of Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 Cups of Crispy Rice Cereal
2 Cups of Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup of White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

1. To begin, either in a mixer or by hand, combine Peanut Butter, Nutella, and softened butter. Mix until blended.

2. Add the Stevia, Powdered Sugar, and Vanilla. Mix well.

3. Fold in the crispy cereal.

4. Refrigerate dough for 20 minutes. You can either place the bowl in the fridge or transfer the dough to another container, but not necessary.

5. Begin forming the balls. Place a small amount of dough in your hand, about 2 Tbsp worth, and roll it between your hands in a circular motion until it forms a ball. If you have ever made meatballs, it is the exact same concept.

6. Place the balls on a Silpat lined cookie sheet or a foil lined cookie sheet sprayed lightly with non-stick spray.

7. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in a large bowl. Melt them by heating 30 seconds, stir, and then another 10 seconds repeatedly until completely melted.

8. Roll the balls in the melted chocolate, letting the extra chocolate drip off before placing the ball back on the cookie sheet to set. I used my hand during this part, but if you prefer to use two spoons you can.

9. Once the balls have been covered in chocolate and set, drizzle some melted white chocolate over the top of each ball. Allow them to set completely before serving.

He gave me the tip on how he makes the apples so they cook all the way through and aren't undercooked inside. We always had that problem, so thanks to his tip and using Curt's pancake recipe from my blog @What's Cookin' we got some awesome pancakes to share with you!  Enjoy! Supermarket Style Loft Cookies

One of my favorite cut out cookies and those soft loft cookies you find in almost every supermarket decorated for whatever holiday theme is going on. You can make Christmas, Halloween, Valentines, anything you want. These are just a great dough so versatile to work with. Kids love these cookies and often eat all the frosting off before the cookie, you may know someone just like that! The frosting is buttery and delicious along with the cookies. If you love loft cookies try my soft peanut butter molasses cookies also they are so good! This is a simple recipe that will be your new favorite cookie all year long.
